I prioritize cuddle-ability and durability in my plushies before anything else, all my plushies are made with cuddle 3 Shannon Minky fabric for the best feel and durability, and are stuffed to a medium-soft firmness with Clusterfill. I use embroidery for the eyes and either embroidery or applique for the cutiemark depending on the size and the pony in question.
